SunFAITH Conducted Raid Actions to a Infringing Ring of Duracell Battery |

On Nov. 16th, 2005, SunFAITH, along with the Beijing Changping Police Station
and Changping AIC, successfully raided an underground ring suspected of illegally
producing and selling infringing DURACELL ¡°Jin Ba Wang¡± batteries, finding on
the spot more than 1,300,000 infringing DURACELL ¡°Jin Ba Wang¡± batteries
which were worth nearly RMB 4,000,000, 9 boxes of battery packages and 45 boxes
of battery labels.
The sly infringers made use of B2B stops to advertise the information of infringing
product, and made deals through the sale company in downtown. SunFAITH
discovered the clues among the B2B sales information, investigated for two month,
and finally succeeded in digging out the storage in a villager¡¯s house
in Changping, the suburb of Beijing city. SunFAITH, accompanying with the police
and AIC, successfully raided the ring and captured the principal infringer there. The
case is now under further investigation.
